Good food and drink at the Weisses Ross…

As we say in Allgäu, “Food and drink keep the body and soul together.” We offer Swabian-Bavarian specialties and fine international cuisine. When the weather is nice, we serve meals on our terrace. When the weather is colder, we cater to your every need in our rustic pub or in the elegant “Rossmarin” restaurant.

With the exception of the seasonal menu, we obtain all pork, beef and veal required for the à la carte menu from organic sources from the Iller Valley region (Kloos butchers, Tannheim). Trout, char and salmon trout is likewise reared without any genetically modified fish food in the Iller Valley region (Link fish farm, Heimertingen) Turkey and chicken are from free-range sources where antibiotics are not used as a precautionary measure (Kröswang, Westerheim).
